Site Rules

Yes, we all hate reading rules, but it must be done. Please note that if you do not read the rules carefully you may miss the code that will be needed for your character application to be accepted. Also, you are expected to know these rules forwards and backwards so there are no excuses if you break them.

1. Respect.
Everyone deserves respect so please, treat each and every member the same way you would like to be treated. You may not under any circumstances harass another member due to their gender, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political beliefs, or for anything really. Also, keep in mind that staff members deserve your upmost respect. They are here to make sure the site runs smoothly and that everyone has a good time. Do not argue with a staff member and keep in mind: the staff member always has the final say on an issue. If there is a discrepancy, PM an admin.

2. English only.
We accept members from all over the world, but please only speak English. If members begin speaking in another language, we cannot ensure that problems such as harassment are dealt with properly.

3. Do not double post.
If you decide to make a change to your post, please use the modify button, that is what it is there for. Double posts are confusing and irritating so please avoid them.

4. Keep cursing to a minimum and no mature content.
This site is meant to be PG-13, so occasional cursing will be acceptable, but if it gets out of hand, you will be given a warning. Also, no sexual mature content is ever allowed. Role players on this site may be as young as 13 and so please keep any “adult content” off the main boards. If you feel it is absolutely necessary to play out those sorts of scenes, with the permission of the other member you are roleplaying with, take it to PM.

5. One account.
You are only allowed one account on this site. This simply makes organization easier. To keep track with who is who, simply start a thread in the Who is Who board and modify it for each character you create. Note: We would like to keep the gender ratio balanced, so please, if you already have two female characters, please create a male character and vice versa.

6. Stay active.
We all understand that you have a life outside of this site, but if you are going to be away for a while, please post in the appropriate board. If your account is not active for more than a month without any notice, it will be deleted. Also, if you have not created a character after two weeks of making your account, it will be deleted. This is just to make sure we do not have inactive accounts floating around.

7. C-Box
All rules that apply to the main site also apply in the C-Box. Note that impersonating another member in the C-Box is not allowed and you will be banned from the C-Box if you do. Also, remember that using the C-Box is a privilege, not a right.

8. No spamming.
If you wish to advertise your site, please do so in the correct board. If you are found advertising somewhere else or spamming in any other way, you will be given a warning, or even banned, depending on how severe the spamming is.

9. 100 word minimum.
It is not a lot to ask, so please, keep posts to a minimum of 100 words. This site is for role players of all levels, but 100 words ensures that other members have something to reply to. We understand that sometimes you do not have muse and your posts may be a bit short. If your posts are shorter than 100 words on a daily basis, however, there are going to be some problems.

10. Have fun
Please enjoy yourself on this site! You can still have fun while following the rules. Get out there, peek into the C-Box (we don’t bite!), make a character or two, and start some threads! The more active you are in the site, the more fun it will be for you, trust us!


IMPORTANT: Our site will run on a warning system. Three strikes and you are out. Now, this means that if you commit a minor offense, you will be warned. After two warnings, you are on your last string. If you commit a third minor offense, you will be banned. The warning system does not apply to major offenses. If you commit an offense that the staff deems major, your account will immediately be deleted and all your characters moved to the graveyard.
